Terms And Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement between you and Mini-Cabs South Ruislip. Booking a taxi and utilizing our service implies your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.
1. Definitions
In this agreement, "Mini-Cabs South Ruislip," "we," or "us" refer to the company providing the service. "You" and "your" may refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2. Booking
2.1 You are required to allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure punctuality, especially for airport transfers where adherence to check-in times is crucial. We will not be held responsible for delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate travel time or your unavailability at the scheduled pick-up time.
2.2 You are responsible for selecting a car that accommodates both passengers and luggage adequately. We do not guarantee the capacity to carry an excessive amount of luggage. Please note that any child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.
2.3 If you require wheelchair access, please request this at the time of booking.
3. Prices & Payment
3.1 Our quotations are based on the information you provide. Unless otherwise specified, all prices are exclusive of VAT, and if applicable, VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to revise the quoted price if there are significant changes to the itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and covers airport parking costs. Any waiting time exceeding this will incur charges at the standard Mini-Cabs South Ruislip waiting rate. While we make efforts to adjust our service in case of delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Mini-Cabs South Ruislip of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which we shall not be held accountable.
3.4 Payments for our services can be made in cash, by credit card, or debit card.
4. The Service
4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. If the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively affected by a passenger, cleaning costs may be charged.
4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in the vehicle.
4.3 All children must be properly restrained in accordance with their height, weight, and age.
4.4 We cannot transport more passengers than permitted by licensing or insurance.
5. Cancellations
5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Mini-Cabs South Ruislip, please contact us as soon as possible. Failure to cancel a dispatched vehicle will result in charges based on the time and distance covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.
5.2 If you have made an online booking and cancel before the vehicle is dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.
6. Liability
6.1 While we make every effort to ensure your punctual arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. Under no circumstances will Mini-Cabs South Ruislip be liable for losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a breakdown during your journey with Mini-Cabs South Ruislip, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative vehicle for you to complete your journey promptly.
6.4 You agree not to hold Mini-Cabs South Ruislip liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from the actions or omissions of anyone in your party.
6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any other matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
7. Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is put at risk, whether through abuse, violence, or damage caused by you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for journeys terminated during the hire.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Mini-Cabs South Ruislip may subcontract its obligations as outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 Mini-Cabs South Ruislip reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 We handle, use, and process information in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Mini-Cabs South Ruislip and yourself.
8.5 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to confer any benefit or advantage on a third party. No third party has the right to enforce any rights under this agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Disputes
Any disputes or claims must be made within 30 days from the date of the booked pick-up. Mini-Cabs South Ruislip is not obligated to consider claims or disputes filed after this time frame.
